OK...I know the picture is a little blurry...but I think this is the cutest smile caught on camera to date! Lilly was so excited to be playing with her cousin Abby...Abby was not so happy that Lilly was trying to steal her cheese. The girls are almost exactly a year apart.
On Thanksgiving Lilly decided that it had to be a special day marked by a special new thing. She now can stand up...as she had much motivation that day. Now that she can stand she is standing up on EVERYTHING!! She can very easily pull herself up from sitting now to a standing position and is getting much more stable while she is standing.
Lilly loved her first Thanksgiving meal, she ate all of the turkey and macaroni. She is such a big girl and LOVES to feed herself...translated as NOBODY else can feed her or your hand gets pushed away! It's so fun to find nutritious things for a 9 month old to eat that she can pick up with her own hands:)
