Lilly got her first haircut last Thursday (just her bangs). We've tried several types of barrets and they just won't stay in her hair, it is too thin. Yet her bangs were hanging in her eyes. So I thought I'd save some money and try myself. I cut daddy's hair and it turns out fine. Looks like we should stick to the pros when it comes to Lilly's hair.
The poor thing really looks like a boy now...I guess I cut way too much off. But it's not in her eyes anymore!

You know, her eyes and facial features are way too feminine to ever truly look like a boy. And don't give up on the diy haircuts, you will get better.

my friend left it to the "pros," and trust me, she might as well have done it herself!
the nice thing about hair is that it always grows back :) (that's what i keep reminding myself when i look at steven's bald spots!)
josie has no fear. she will walk up to any person and any dog! when i hold steven on my lap, she will come up and sit on his lap so she can be by me. she lets steven "pet" her and everything.
who knows how long it will last, but right now, she just doesn't care! (maybe it's part of her "i own the world and this house" type of mentality!)
